You will learn practical skills to develop awareness and to be present-whatever your life circumstances are at the moment. The group will consist of experiential mindfulness exercises, followed by discussions.

This twice weekly acupuncture group will focus on helping to relieve side effects of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, and the reduction of stress and anxiety, depression and other symptoms that may arise following treatment for breast cancer.

| | Developing Effective Coping Skills | | Facilitated by Shad Alexander, Chaela Manning, Jeff Gardner | | 4-5:30pm, Starting July 8th | This group is not focused on talking about problems, but learning new coping skills that can be applied to problems to achieve different results.
This group operates from the principle that often real solutions to life's problems involve a change in awareness, a change in attitude, and change in behavior.
Although this is an open group, consistent and on-going participation is recommended in order to achieve desired results.
